Request for Qualifications
Beresford School District 61-2 is requesting Qualifications from interested and qualified providers for the following project:
Implementation of Facility Improvements at the Beresford School District in Beresford, SD. Work to include but not limited to replacing Roof Top Units at the Beresford School District.
Beresford School District 61-2 plans to select and pre-qualify the most qualified contractor to provide “Design Build Contracts” pursuant to SDCL 5-18B-20.
Responses are due at Beresford School District’s Administration Office, 301 West Maple Beresford, SD 57004, on Friday, October 4th, at 2:00 p.m. Interested parties should contact Dustin Degen, Superintendent, at 605-763-4293 to request response information.
Qualifications delivered after the stated deadline will be returned unopened and will not be considered.
Final selection will be made based on the information provided in the responses. Beresford School District reserves the right to reject all responses.
